Happy New Year and Term 2 Diary Dates!

Hi Swimmers! EUSC blow competition out of the water at BUCS

The 13th of November marked the first event in the University of Exeter Swimming Club’s calendar, with the annual BUCS short course swimming competition at Ponds Forge International Pool, Sheffield. Teams, from universities countrywide, swam over the weekend in full competitive spirit to create an overwhelming atmosphere. EUSC dives into first term

The new season for EUSC has begun in a way like no other, with record number of members signing up at Fresher’s Fair, once again. The pool is definitely the place to be; with busy sessions there is a great atmosphere within the club. Student Coaching

We’re looking to employ some student coaches as part of the AU Student Coaching Scheme to help out at sessions. The pay rate will be £12 an hour with flexible hours available. University of Exeter student is Double National Swimming Champion

The Student Swimming club has seen many successes recently including; Ilya Skliarov 5th fastest in Great Britain in the British Universities and Colleges Sport events and qualifying for GB trials in 2013 with other swimmers competing in Olympic trials. Dominic is a third year medical student who represents the University, whilst simultaneously training with and representing Exeter City Swimming Club.
