Back In March 10 EUSC members took on the 10 kilometre RockSolid Race, a first for the club viagra est bon. The herculean race consisted of 37 obstacles and saw the team battle against mud, rain, ice cold water and hail. They crawled under barbwire, jumped over walls, carried logs, swam through lakes and sprinted up mountains. At no point did anyone quit or give up and the EUSC team spirit shown through with everyone pushing each other over walls, carrying each other’s sandbags and cheering everyone until the finish line. The team was led by our international reps Timo Tolppa and Adele Marsullo who organised the 2 additional team training sessions a week for a whole term to prepare everyone for the mammoth task. This resulted in the team finishing a respectable 312th out of 1293.

Hi, I’m a 4th year mechanical engineering student and my role within the committee is to manage the clubs finances by assigning budgets, authorising all payments and keeping track of the clubs transactions. Anything spent by the club must go through me for approval first so we don’t overspend and everyone has a most excellent time. I am also in charge of maintaining the website so please feel free to contact me about anything to do with that. If you have any questions or a suggestion for how we spend our “wonga” (translation: money) drop me an email at swimming.treasure@exeter.ac.uk.
