Back In March 10 EUSC members took on the 10 kilometre RockSolid Race, a first for the club viagra est bon. The herculean race consisted of 37 obstacles and saw the team battle against mud, rain, ice cold water and hail. They crawled under barbwire, jumped over walls, carried logs, swam through lakes and sprinted up mountains. 14 of our elite swimmers travelled to Cardiff earlier this term for the Club’s annual training camp. Three days of brutal training in one of the country’s best facilities, the Cardiff International 50m Pool, saw the team return to Exeter aching but with plenty of mileage under their belts. As well as swimming training, the team also took part in gym training to enhance specialist swimming fitness.
